Washington Consulting Group was founded by Michaela Washington, an experienced executive administrative and operations professional with a strong background in HR, organizational support, and business infrastructure.

Throughout her career, Michaela has supported founders, senior executives, nonprofits, and growing organizations by bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to their operations.
